Efficient Cleaning Process

When the stenter shuts down and residual heat remains, the exhaust fan activates to clean the heat recovery system. It drives airflow, spraying a fine mist from 180 nozzles (5 pipes with 36 nozzles each), ensuring complete and thorough cleaning of the inner chamber.

Movable washing tank

This tank is movable and connects to the heat recovery unit only during cleaning, saving aisle space. It can also serve multiple units, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
